A Poem from the Book:
“The Amber Shell of Self” ( a book of 114 poems)
The green dance of willows
With an alluring summer breeze
Broke the heat of my haste,
And I lay down
on freshly mown grass,
Closed my eyes,
With my face
towards the eternal sun,
And my inner storm
died away.
A few moments passed,
And then I was floating
in a petal of a red rose
On a clear, cool stream,
A stream
Free of thoughts,
free of feelings.
